Parag Milk Foods has increased the investment limit for non-resident individuals (NRI).

The company at its meeting which was conducted on March 1, has given approval to re-classification of Iris Business Solutions, from promoter group to public category. Furthermore, the company’s board has also given green signal to increase of investment limit, for non-resident individuals from 10% to 24% of the paid up equity capital of the company.
