Shares of PC Jeweller Limited touched an intraday high of Rs 14.46 on Friday, moving closer to their 52-week peak amid a multi-month rally.
PC Jeweller has climbed nearly 30% this month alone, putting it on track for a third straight month of gains. The rally has been building for a while now.
The stock is up more than 50% since the start of the year, and close to 75% over the last six months.
Just two sessions ago, on 23 September, the stock touched a fresh 52-week high of Rs 14.87.
It has held on to most of those gains since, even as broader market sentiment stayed mixed.
On the company front, PC Jeweller has filed a few disclosures on material issues with the exchange over the past two days, on 23 and 24 September.
Earlier in July, its board had also taken up a proposal on fund raising. The company is next scheduled to announce its financial results in the coming weeks.
At 12:30 pm, PC Jeweller shares stood at Rs 14.29 on the NSE, up 0.28% for the day. That values the company at a market capitalisation of close to Rs 13,935 crore.
The counter remains part of the Nifty Microcap 250 index, and has been listed on the exchange since December 2012.
