The agreement will enable Google Cloud and Persistent to deliver market-leading solutions.

In its regulatory filing, the company said, “This agreement focuses on driving joint go-to-market activities and accelerating digital transformation for enterprises globally.”

According to an exchange filing, the company intends to use Google Cloud’s Gemini models in addition to other Google technologies to develop industry-specific solutions that will speed the adoption of GenAI.

The filing added, “The agreement will enable Google Cloud and Persistent to deliver market-leading solutions that help enterprises maximise the ROI (return on investment) from their cloud investments while modernising their infrastructure and data stack.”

At 3:30 pm, the shares of Persistent Systems shed all its early gains and closed 0.31% lower at Rs 3,734 on NSE.
