Piramal Finance which is a subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises has been planning to enter into housing finance business.
Piramal Finance, in line with the company’s growth plan, will now be making an application to the National Housing Bank to incorporate a housing finance company.
The board of the company has provided its approval to this as informed by Piramal Enterprises in stock exchange filing.
