Power Finance Corporation Ltd is down for a fifth straight session on Thursday. The company’s stock is quoted at Rs 101.8, down 0.78 per cent today. The benchmark NIFTY is down around 0.65 per cent. Power Finance Corporation Ltd has eased around 11.48 per cent in September month. Meanwhile, the Nifty Energy index PFC is a constituent that eased around 7.2 per cent in September. The volume in the stock stood at 20.74 lakh shares on October 13, compared to the daily average of 61.22 lakh shares in September.

In the October futures contract, the stock’s benchmark is at Rs 101.85, down 1.21 per cent today. Power Finance Corporation Ltd fell at 31.65 per cent in 2021 compared to a 7.23 per cent slide in NIFTY and an 8.19 per cent fall in the Nifty Energy index.
