Power Grid Corporation has said that its board has approved the investment of Rs 562.25 crore for system strengthening in the Southern region.
It has said in a BSE filing that “Company’s board of director in their meeting held on September 16….have accorded investment approval for ‘System strengthening in Southern Region – XXI,” at an estimated cost of Rs 562.25 crore, with commissioning schedule of 30 months progressively from the date of investment approval.”
