Prestige Estates Projects has launched a new residential project in North Bengaluru with an estimated gross development value of around Rs 1,750 crore. 

Named Prestige Parklane, the project is located in the KIADB Aerospace Park Phase 2 in Devanahalli and adds to the developer’s growing residential presence in the Bengaluru market.

The project spans around 11.9 acres within the larger aerospace and industrial park and will comprise 1,788 residential apartments across nine towers. The development will offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes, catering to a range of buyers looking for residential properties in North Bengaluru. 

The project has been registered under Karnataka RERA with the proposed completion date set for December 31, 2030.

Prestige Parklane is positioned close to Kempegowda International Airport and benefits from its location within the KIADB Hi-Tech, Defence and Aerospace Park. The wider area is emerging as an important industrial and employment hub, with aerospace, defence, technology and manufacturing companies setting up operations around Devanahalli.

The development will include a central landscaped area and clubhouse along with facilities such as swimming pools, sports courts, a gym, jogging track, children’s play areas and community spaces. The project is planned as a high-rise residential development, with each of its nine towers comprising three basements, a ground floor and 24 upper floors.

The launch comes as Prestige Estates continues to expand its residential portfolio across Bengaluru. The company has been adding projects in different parts of the city to benefit from demand for premium and mid-to-upper segment housing, while also increasing its development pipeline.

Prestige Parklane’s location is expected to benefit from the continued development of North Bengaluru, particularly around the airport, aerospace park and surrounding infrastructure. The company is also targeting buyers seeking homes in an area that is expected to see increased commercial and employment activity over the coming years.

The project was launched on September 25, 2026. With 1,788 units planned, the development gives Prestige Estates another sizeable residential project in Bengaluru and adds to its future revenue pipeline.
