Shares of Prostarm Info Systems Ltd, situated in Maharashtra, skyrocketed 13% on 8 April after the company was awarded a Letter of Award (LOA) as a subcontractor by Gujarat-based Solarium Green Energy to carry out the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) work for a 50 MWac solar PV power project. 

According to Prostarm Info Systems’ regulatory filing, the order includes three years of operation and maintenance (O&M) services in Maharashtra. Solarium is an EPC firm that has expanded into module production following its IPO on the SME exchange last year. 

Prostarm Info Systems was granted a project in Maharashtra by the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO). The overall order value is roughly Rs 165 Crores, excluding GST.

Prostarm has awarded Delta Electronics contracts for 110 MW of BESS projects in India, including those performed by Bihar State Power Generation Company Ltd. (BSPGCL) and Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML). In August 2025, it also won the 150 MW/300 MWh standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) tender from Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL). It has its own ambitions to establish a BESS manufacturing unit in Haryana.

Pace Digitek secured an order from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL) in March of this year for Rs 929.76 crore (including taxes). Pace Digitek has been awarded a contract to build a 200 MWac grid-connected ground-mounted solar power plant as part of a 300 MWac project, including the accompanying power evacuation arrangement to the STU substation. 

Bondada Engineering has got a Rs. 465 crore Letter of Award (LoA) from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO) to create a 100 MWAC grid-connected solar power plant in Jiwachiwadi, Beed district, Maharashtra. The project, which uses high-efficiency monocrystalline PV technology, will deliver power to the MSETCL/MSEDCL substation, increasing the state’s renewable capacity.

At 2:05 pm, the shares of Prostarm Info Systems were trading 7.85% higher at Rs 141.07 on NSE.
