Punj Lloyd has said that its group CEO Jayaram Prasad Chalasani and chief financial officer Sharmik Roy have resigned from the company.
However, the company has not disclosed any information regarding their successors.
The firm has said in a regulatory filing that “Jayaram Prasad Chalasani has resigned from the company from the position of Managing Director and Group CEO with effect from March 31, 2016.”
It further said that “Shamik Roy has resigned from the company from the position of CFO with immediate effect.”
Shiv has been working as Manager (Business Strategy & Corporate Development) prior to his appointment as an Additional Director and was reporting to the Managing Director and Group CEO under Commercial Leadership Programme it added.
