The Reserve Bank of India has accorded its permission to the foreign investors for buying up to 100 percent stake in Vertex Securities under the portfolio investment scheme (PSI).
The RBI has said in a release that “Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) can now invest up to 100 percent of the paid up capital of Vertex Securities Limited under the Portfolio Investment Scheme.”
The bank said that the company passed resolutions at its Board of Directors’ level and a special resolution by the shareholders, agreeing for enhancing the limit for the purchase of its equity shares by FIIs/RFPIs.
