ReFit Global Raises $1 Million From UAE Family Office

ReFit Global
The Delhi-based company plans to use the fresh capital to grow its retail presence.

Refurbished electronics startup ReFit Global has raised $1 million from a UAE-based family office as it looks to strengthen its operations in India and expand into the Gulf and African markets.

The Delhi-based company plans to use the fresh capital to grow its retail presence, improve refurbishment capabilities and invest in technology.

The funding will also support the development of an integrated omnichannel platform that will connect ReFit’s online, offline and business-to-business operations. The UAE-based investor is expected to help the startup identify potential partners, customers and business opportunities across the Gulf and Africa. The round was advised by Bestvantage Investments.

Founded by Saket Saurav and Avneet Singh, ReFit operates across the refurbished electronics value chain, including sourcing, refurbishment, distribution and retail. The company has built a pan-India network of more than 75 distributors, over 2,000 wholesalers and around 50,000 retail outlets. It also operates 12 ReFit Xpress stores alongside its B2B distribution business.

The startup sells through both online marketplaces and offline channels, with sourcing and sales relationships involving platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon. Its expansion strategy is focused on building a more organised refurbished electronics ecosystem that combines physical distribution with technology-led operations.

ReFit reports a 92% refurbishment yield and repair capabilities extending up to L4, including chip-level repairs. Its processes include device diagnostics, automated quality checks, product grading, post-quality-control checks and inventory management. The company intends to further strengthen these capabilities using the new funding.

The company was also featured on Shark Tank India Season 3, which helped increase awareness of its refurbished electronics business. ReFit now plans to expand both its B2B and direct-to-consumer initiatives while exploring international markets.

The latest fundraise comes as India’s organised refurbished electronics market continues to develop.

ReFit’s combination of refurbishment infrastructure, distribution reach and retail presence gives it a base to compete in the growing re-commerce segment. Its next focus will be scaling operations in India while using its UAE connection to explore opportunities in the Gulf and Africa.
