Reliance Strategic Business Ventures (RSBVL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd, has acquired a 23.3% stake in Exyn Technologies Inc (Exyn) for $25 million.

Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc voluntarily recalled four lots of Quinapril Tablets to the patient level due to an N-Nitroso-Quinapril, nitrosamine impurity observed in recent testing above the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) level. The report has been received by Lupin of illness that appears to relate to this issue. In September, Lupin discontinued the marketing of Quinapril tablets.

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has been awarded a contract for the ‘Construction of Bhesan Depot cum Workshop including BCC, DDC, DC 2’ by Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) and associated E&M works for Surat Metro Rail Project Phase-1. The total cost of the award is Rs 198.93 crore.
