Step Mother of Vijay Mallya, Ritu Mallya has resigned as non-executive director from the board of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd (MCFL).

MCFL, that is now controlled by Zuari Group, informed this in a BSE filing.

The filing further said that “Ritu Mallya, a non-executive director has resigned from the board of directors of the company with effect from July 6.”
