The company’s sales bookings reached Rs 6,004 crore, 52% to Rs 11,500 crore for the full 2022-23 fiscal. He expected the sales motion to continue the current festive and fourth fiscal quarters. Macrotech Developers noted its sales rose even though the July-September quarter normally was the weakest quarter of the year due to the monsoon and inauspicious period, i.e. Pitrupaksh or Shraadh.

As prices increase sensibly, the demand will continue to fast-track, leading to a momentous increase in volumes, particularly in mid-income and inexpensive housing segments. The company will focus on significant volume growth supplemented by modest price growth. The Net debt of the company compact marginally to Rs 8,796 crores at the September quarter end.

Macrotech Developers has distributed more than 86 million square feet of real estate and is currently emerging around 100 million square feet under its continuing and prearranged portfolio.
