Sameer Garde, the former Phillips Healthcare executive, has been named by the tech giant Cisco as the president for its India and SAARC operations.
Cisco has said that “Sameer Garde will join the company on August 1, 2017 and take over as President, Cisco India & SAARC.”
He will be succeeding Dinesh Malkani who is leaving the company for pursuing other opportunities.
It added that Malkani will continue to be associated with the company as strategic advisor till September 2017 to ensure a smooth and orderly transition.
