SBI, HAL, Titan Company in Spotlight

On December 2, 2022, the State Bank of India (SBI), the state-run lender, said it had raised Rs 10,000 crore through its infrastructure bonds, offering a coupon rate of 7.51%. The tenor of these bonds is ten years. 

On December 2 2022, Tata Group announced that its subsidiary had incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Titan International QFZ LLC.

HAL received an 11-12 Income Tax Refund Order. The order passed allowing Rs 5,952.3 crore R&D expenditure as capital expenditure, resulting in a refund of Rs 4,274.5 crore. The said refund includes the interest of Rs 176.93 crore.

Ion Exchange (India) has been awarded the contract by Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) to construct a zero liquid discharge plant at IOCL’s Panipat refinery, with a contract value of Rs 343.36 crore.

The order received of Rama Steel Tubes (RSTL) from Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam and Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam aggregating to Rs 6.7 crore.
