The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) restrained Reliance Home Finance, Anil Ambani and three others from the securities market for claimed fraudulent activities related to the company.

The three other people restricted from the market are Amit Bapna, Ravindra Sudhakar and Pinkesh R Shah. In a 100-page temporary order, SEBI also determined the individuals from “associating themselves with any intermediary registered with SEBI, any listed public company or acting directors and promoters of any public company which plans to raise money from the public.
