SeQuent Scientific has got an establishment inspection report (EIR) from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for their animal active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing plant at Visakhapatnam.

The company has invested around USD 40 million in its animal health arm Alivira and this plant had been inspected in November 2016 by USFDA.

EIR permits the company to sell its products in US markets.
