Shilpa Medicare, for its two active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) plants in Karnataka, gets the GMP compliance certificate from the Japanese health regulator, PMDA.
It said in a BSE filing that the company has received GMP compliance certificate for two API sites in Karnataka from PMDA -Japan.
The Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) of Japan which was established in 2004, is tasked to protect the public health in Japan through assuring safety, efficacy and quality of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
