Srinivas Phatak, has been appointed as the new Executive Director,Finance and IT and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), of Hindustan Unilever (HUL).

Phatak is currently the Vice President,Finance Services, Unilever and will succeed P.B. Balaji.

As per a statement by HUL, Phatak will also be joining Board of Directors and his appointment will be effective from December 1,2017.
