The GIFT Nifty futures, which are an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, were trading higher by 29 points at 25,420, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Friday.
Earlier on Thursday, 27 November, the Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex traded higher by 110 points or 0.13%, and settled at 85,720, while the Nifty50 traded 0.04% lower or 10 points, closing at 26,215.

Adani Enterprise: Adani Group will acquire a 72.8% stake in Flight Simulation Technique Centre (FSTC) for Rs 820 crore. FSTC currently operates 11 advanced full-flight simulators and 17 training aircraft, offering a wide range of training, from commercial pilot licences to type ratings, recurrent training, and specialised skill programmes.
Voltamp Transformers: Voltamp Transformers received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation for an Rs 85.05 crore order, including GST. The contract covers the design, manufacture, testing, and supply of various power transformers as per tender requirements.
Refex Industries: Refex Industries announced that it won an order worth around Rs 100 crore for excavating, loading, and transporting pond ash and bottom ash. A large domestic conglomerate awarded the contract, which will be executed over four months.
Lemon Tree Hotels: Lemon Tree Hotels signed a licence agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel at Surat Airport and a franchise agreement for Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
Rail Vikas Nigam: Rail Vikas Nigam received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from East Coast Railway for a Rs 9.64 crore project. The contract includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an IP-based video surveillance system for ECoRβs rolling stock.
Zydus Lifesciences: Zydus Lifesciences secured tentative approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Empagliflozin and Linagliptin tablets in 10 mg/5 mg and 25 mg/5 mg strengths.
Ashoka Buildcon: Ashoka Buildcon received a Show Cause Notice (SCN) regarding the construction of the six-lane Elevated Corridor from Aroor to Thuravoor Thekku on NH-66. The notice addresses an incident in which two precast PSC girders collapsed, and one of them struck a commercial vehicle, resulting in the driverβs death.
