The GIFT Nifty futures, which are an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, were trading lower by 50 points at 25,855, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a negative start on Monday. 

Earlier on Friday, 31 October, the Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped by 465 points or 0.55%, and settled at 83,938, while the Nifty50 traded 0.60% lower or 155 points, closing at 25,722.

Here are some stocks that are likely to remain in focus on 3 November.

Quarterly Results Today: Bharti Airtel, Titan Company, Tata Consumer Products, Ajanta Pharma, Ambuja Cements, Bharti Hexacom, Power Grid Corporation of India, ACME Solar Holdings, City Union Bank, Gland Pharma, JK Paper, Timken India, Websol Energy System, Westlife Foodworld, Hitachi Energy India, Stove Kraft, TBO TEK, and Wockhardt are some of the prominent companies set to announce their quarterly earnings for July-September.

Hindustan Unilever: HUL received a Rs 1,986 crore demand notice from the Income Tax Department for FY2020–21 concerning transfer pricing and depreciation claims. The company stated it will contest the order and clarified that the issue will not have a material impact on its operations or finances.

Titagarh Rail Systems: Titagarh Rail Systems won a Rs 2,481 crore contract from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for Mumbai Metro Line 5. The contract covers designing and manufacturing 132 Metro coaches, providing signalling for 24.9 km, telecom solutions across 16 stations, and five years of comprehensive maintenance.

NCC: NCC secured four additional orders totalling Rs 710 crore in October. Of these, Rs 590.9 crore is for the buildings division and Rs 119.1 crore for the transportation division. These come on top of a major Rs 6,828.94 crore order received on 25 October.

CE Info Systems: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) signed an MoU with Mappls MapmyIndia to integrate DMRC’s API with the Mappls app. This collaboration will embed metro data into the Mappls platform, enhancing commuter convenience across the Delhi-NCR region.

Astra Microwave Products: Astra Rafael Comsys, a joint venture of Astra Microwave Products, received a Rs 285.56 crore order from the Ministry of Defence to supply communication systems and accessories for the Indian Air Force’s special forces.

NTPC Green Energy: NTPC Green Energy, a subsidiary of NTPC, signed an MoU with CtrlS Datacenters to develop renewable energy projects with a capacity of 2 GW or more. The projects aim to supply round-the-clock renewable energy to CtrlS Datacenters across India for captive consumption.

Zen Technologies: Zen Technologies received two orders worth a combined Rs 289 crore from the Ministry of Defence to upgrade Anti-Drone Systems.
