The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks in focus, was trading higher by 46 points at 23,531, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a muted start on Tuesday.
Earlier on Friday, 11 September, the domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped by 120 points or 0.16%, and settled at 74,781 while the Nifty50 traded 0.34% lower, closing at 23,398.

Strides Pharma: The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection at Strides Pharma Science’s formulations facility in Alathur, Chennai, from September 2 to September 11, 2026. Following the inspection, the regulator issued a Form 483 containing three observations.
Aurobindo Pharma: The USFDA inspected Unit-IV, an API manufacturing facility of Aurobindo Pharma’s subsidiary Apitoria Pharma, in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, from September 7 to September 11, 2026. The inspection concluded with zero observations.
Sun Pharmaceutical: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries’ subsidiaries, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Inc, Taro Pharmaceutical Industries and Taro Pharmaceuticals USA Inc, have entered into a settlement agreement with a plaintiff in the In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation case in Pennsylvania, US.
Greenply Industries: Greenply Industries announced a proposed capital restructuring of its joint venture (JV), Greenply Samet, aimed at supporting the growth and expansion of its core plywood and medium-density fibreboard (MDF) businesses.
Raymond: Raymond’s aerospace subsidiary secured new business from a leading Indian aerospace and defence company during the quarter. The order covers more than 300 part numbers, including precision-machined, casting and structural components, across multiple aircraft applications.
