The GIFT Nifty futures, which are an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, were trading lower by 10 points at 26,177, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a muted start on Friday.
Earlier on Thursday, 4 December, the Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex traded higher by 158 points or 0.19%, and settled at 85,265, while the Nifty50 traded 0.18% higher or 47 points, closing at 26,033.

RailTel Corporation of India: RailTel Corporation of India, a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, announced that the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has awarded it a new contract to design and implement an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) network.
SEAMEC: SEAMEC said it has signed a new agreement with HAL Offshore to deploy its multi-support vessel, SEAMEC Agastya (formerly NPP Nusantara). After completing mandatory dry-dock maintenance, the vessel will join HAL Offshoreβs project under its ONGC contract for a planned deployment of five years.
Lloyds Engineering: Lloyds Engineering Works announced that it has partnered with Italian firm Virtualabs S.r.l. to jointly develop advanced radar technologies. The collaboration will target both defence applications and civilian uses, such as monitoring and surveillance systems.
HCL Technologies: HCLTech announced a collaboration with Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy and known for its enterprise analytics solutions. The companies will jointly support the rollout of Strategy Mosaic, an AI-powered universal semantic layer.
Diamond Power Infrastructure: Diamond Power Infrastructure said it secured a major Rs 747.64-crore order from Adani Green Energy. The contract includes supplying 2,126 km of 33 kV high-voltage cables and 3,539 km of 3.3 kV medium-voltage solar cables for renewable energy projects in Khavda and Rajasthan.
Deepak Nitrite: Deepak Nitrite announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Deepak Chem Tech, has started operations at its new nitric acid plant in Nandesari, Vadodara district, Gujarat. The plant became operational on 4 December 2025, following an investment of about Rs 515 crore.
Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company: Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC said it has set up a new wholly owned subsidiary named Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC International (IFSC). The unit, registered in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, received its certificate of incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 4 December 2025, at 12:50 PM, and will oversee international and IFSC-focused operations.
