The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index, was trading 0.34% lower by 76 points at 22,194, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a negative start on Monday.

On Friday, 28 February, Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex crashed by 1,471.16 points or 1.97% and settled at 73,198.10 while the Nifty50 traded 1.86% lower by 420.35 points, settling at 22,124.70.

Paytm: The company has announced securing a show cause notice from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for violating the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

ACME Solar Holdings: The company has announced its plans to enter into nuclear energy and is also looking to venture into solar and hybrid energy capacity. The company currently has a solar capacity of 2.5 gigawatts (GW) and is aiming to reach 3.5 GW by 2026.

Adani Green Energy: The company has announced that it has surpassed its operational capacity of 12,000 MW.

Auto Stocks: The automobile companies are set to announce their sales report for the month of February. 

NLC India: The company has announced that it is securing a contract to develop and operate a 200-megawatt (MW) wind power project from SJVN. The said contract was secured through an e-reverse auction at a tariff of Rs 3.74 per kWh.

NCC: The company announced in February that it was securing an order worth Rs 218.82 crore, which was secured by the company’s transportation business segment from the state government. 

Aurobindo Pharma: The pharma major has announced completing the acquisition of an 80% stake in Tergene Biotech from Auro Vaccines for a total consideration of Rs 10.76 crore. 

RailTel Corporation of India: The company has announced securing an order worth Rs 26.37 crore from the Cuttack Development Authority.
