The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, was trading lower by 29 points at 22,800, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a muted start on Wednesday. 

Earlier on Tuesday, 29 September, the domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex slumped by 242.65 points or 0.33%, and settled at 72,529 while the Nifty50 traded 0.42% lower, closing at 22,683.

Here are some stocks that are likely to remain in focus on 30 September.

Power Mech Projects: The company has secured an order worth Rs 549.37 crore to provide complete operation and maintenance services at Adani Group’s 2×600 MW Moxie Power Generation Tuticorin Thermal Power Plant.

Ganesh Benzoplast: Ganesh Benzoplast has signed definitive agreements to sell its liquid storage tank and railway network businesses to Cisternina Logistics, a bulk liquid and gas storage platform majority-owned by KKR, for Rs 1,154 crore.

STL Networks: STL Networks has emerged as the L1 bidder for a Rs 249.8-crore order from RailTel Corporation of India. The project involves deploying a cloud infrastructure solution at RailTel’s Data Center and Disaster Recovery Site.

NLC India: NLC India has incorporated a joint venture with National Aluminium Company (NALCO), with both companies holding equal equity. The JV will develop a 1,080 MW (4×270 MW) thermal captive power plant in phases to meet NALCO’s captive power requirements and explore long-term power purchase agreements for its renewable energy needs.

KSB: KSB has received an export order worth up to Rs 118 crore from Dangote Projects Free Zone Enterprise for supplying a boiler feed pump package. The order further expands the company’s presence in the international fertiliser and energy sectors.

Prestige Estates Projects: The company has completed two residential projects in Hyderabad, delivering 1,047 homes. This includes 928 residences at Prestige Clairemont and 119 villas at Bellagio. Separately, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) has committed Rs 3,000 crore to Prestige Hospitality Ventures (PHVL), acquiring an approximately 27% stake to support the hospitality platform’s expansion.

ArisInfra Solutions: The company’s subsidiary, Arisunitern RE Solutions, has secured an order from Transcon Bellaviu Private Limited, an SPV of Transcon Group. The order involves providing Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) services for the Transcon UNO residential project in Kalina, Mumbai, which has an estimated gross development value of Rs 400 crore.

Ramco Cements: Ramco Cements has completed de-bottlenecking work at its Jayanthipuram facility in NTR, Andhra Pradesh, increasing clinkerisation capacity from 4.61 MTPA to 5.62 MTPA and cement grinding capacity from 3.65 MTPA to 4.38 MTPA.
