Strides Shasun,drug firm gets an approval from the United States health regulator for generic Omega-3-acid ethyl esters softgel capsules which will be used for reducing lipid in the blood.
Strides Shasun has entered into partnership with Par Pharmaceuticals for marketing the product in US.
Shashank Sinha, Strides Shasun MD said,”We are delighted with this important product approval,which come through after a long approval cycle of almost 60 months,due to significant regulatory changes.”
Further the company said that, the product will be launched in company’s Bengaluru facility and it will be launched immediately.
