Gurugram-based startup Stylework raised Rs 30 crore in a pre-Series B funding round led by Equentis Angel Fund, with backing from Karekeba Ventures, Cogniphy AIF Fund, and other existing investors.
The company will use this capital to strengthen its AI-powered aggregation systems across its listings platform and improve ARBI (air conditioning, raised flooring, blinds, interior) solutions to make commercial office visits smoother.
Founded in 2016 by Sparsh Khandelwal, Stylework aggregates flexible workspaces—such as coworking memberships, private offices, and managed offices—on its online platform. Today, it lists more than 4,000 coworking and managed offices across 125 cities, sourced from over 650 operators, including big names like WeWork India, Awfis, Innov8, and Springboard18.
Stylework has already sold over 70,000 seats, remains profitable, and is generating an annualised GMV of Rs 280 crore.
The startup turned PAT positive in March, and closed FY25 with an EBITDA of Rs 2 crore and a PAT of Rs 1 crore. For FY26, it projects a PAT of Rs 3–4 crore, net revenue of Rs 45–50 crore, and GMV of around Rs 400 crore.
To deepen its reach, Stylework plans to invest 20–25% of this new funding in bringing its aggregator technology to Southeast Asia and the Middle East over the next two to three quarters. It also has its eyes on European expansion through acquisitions.
The startup’s aggregation model helps enterprises, SMEs, and distributed teams navigate India’s fragmented coworking market. By standardising discovery and pricing, Stylework makes it easier to find and book workspaces even in Tier II and III cities where visibility is usually low. To date, it has served more than 10,000 customers.
