Shares of this micro-cap transformer stock, Supreme Power Equipment Ltd were trading in the green and 2% higher on 9 September after the company announced receiving a Rs. 10 crore order from Karnataka to supply 20 MVA power transformers.

Earlier, on 8 September 2025, Supreme Power Equipment Limited received a fresh domestic order for Rs 10.02 crore from a reputable power provider in Karnataka. The order involves the delivery of two 20MVA, 66/11KV transformers and two 20MVA, 110/33-11 KV (new capacity) power transformers. 

This order is expected to be completed within six months. The company expects that this deal will reinforce its position in the power equipment sector and help to corporate growth.

The company is expanding its operations by building a new 6-acre plant that will be completed by December 2025 and begin production in January 2026. With an investment of Rs 70-75 crore, the facility has a revenue potential of Rs 500-550 crore at full capacity.  This development will increase the company’s production capacity from 2,500 to 9,000 MVA/year.
