Sutlej Textiles and Industries has received approval from its board for setting up of a green fiber project.

The project is to manufacture polyester staple fiber by recycling of pet bottles in Jammu Kashmir. Further, due to uncertain market conditions, the company has deferred brownfield capacity expansion of 28,800 spindles.
