Suzlon, the wind turbine maker has received a 71.40-mw wind power project from the Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd (GIPL).
The company has said in a statement that “Suzlon will install 29 units of S97-120m wind turbine generators (WTGs) with all steel hybrid tower and 5 units of S97-90m WTGs with tubular tower having a rated capacity of 2.1 mw each.”
It further said that the project, located in the Kutch district of Gujarat, will be completed in three phases with the execution deadline set at April 2017.
