Swish Raises $24 Million to Expand 10-Minute Food Delivery Network

The company plans to use the fresh capital to increase its presence in existing markets.

Bengaluru-based quick food delivery startup Swish has raised $24 million in a fresh funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments (BII), as the company looks to expand its kitchen network, strengthen its supply chain and enter new cities.

Existing investors Accel, Bain Capital Ventures and Hara Global also participated in the round. The latest fundraise comes just months after Swish raised $38 million in March 2026.

With the latest investment, the startup has raised $62 million this year. The company plans to use the fresh capital to increase its presence in existing markets while preparing for expansion into new cities and micro-markets.

Swish currently operates across Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, serving around 50 pincodes. This is a significant increase from the roughly 15 pincodes it covered a few months ago. The startup said its monthly orders have now crossed 1 million, more than tripling from around 6.3 lakh orders reported in June.

The company follows a vertically integrated model in which it controls food preparation, kitchen infrastructure, technology and last-mile delivery. Its neighbourhood kitchens typically serve customers within an average radius of around 1 kilometre, helping the company target a 10-minute delivery window.

Swish has also expanded its menu significantly. From around 30 to 50 items when it started, the platform now offers more than 250 products across 20 categories. While snacks and late-night orders initially drove demand, breakfast, lunch and dinner have now become its biggest consumption occasions.

The startup plans to build a network of more than 1,000 kitchens over the next three to five years. It is also investing in automation, with several kitchen processes already automated to improve efficiency and handle higher order volumes.

Swish is entering a highly competitive food delivery market, where players such as Swiggy, Eternal’s Bistro, Rapido’s Ownly and Flipkart’s Eat In are expanding or testing quick food delivery models. The company’s key challenge will be maintaining fast delivery and improving unit economics as it expands beyond its current markets.
