On Friday, the Syndicate Bank has appointed Arun Shrivastava, earlier the Executive Director of Bank of India, as its Managing Director and CEO.

In a regulatory statement, the company said, “Syndicate Bank… on May 15, 2015, appointed Arun Shrivastava, Executive Director, Bank of India, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank from the date of his taking over charge of the post and up to the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.”
