Tata Housing, the realty firm has sold more than 200 flats for about Rs 300 crore in its residential project in Gurgaon.
Tata Housing which is a real estate arm of Tata group, has said in a statement that over 200 units have been sold by it at its project ‘La Vida’ on Dwarka Expressway in ten days.
Brotin Banerjee, Tata Housing MD & CEO has said that “We believe that the overwhelming response to the project since its launch is an indication of its success.”
The total sales value of these 200 units would be about Rs 300 crore.
