Tata Passenger Electric Vehicles is gearing up to launch a new electric vehicle following a series of tweets by Tata Motors’ wholly-owned electric vehicle subsidiary over the past few days. In its latest tweet, the company announced that it’s new electric car will make its global debut on April 29. Tata Motors didn’t give any details, but the company could show off the Altroz EV, the revamped Nexon EV, or a brand-new vehicle.
The Altroz EV Concept debuted at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. The electric hatchback was also on display at the 2020 Auto Expo. The capabilities of the Altroz EV are unknown. The new Altroz EV may have some design changes and can travel about 300 kilometres on a single charge to differentiate it from the standard model.
