Tata Steel Ltd gained 1.12% on December 9 to trade at Rs 113.1. The S&P BSE Metal index is up 0.69%. The index is up 5.36 % over November. Other stocks Steel Authority of India Ltd added 0.93%, and National Aluminium Company Ltd increased by 0.95%. The S&P BSE Metal index went up 6.22 % in 2021 compared to the 6.6% surge in the benchmark Sensex.
