Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has plans to announce its second-quarter (Apr-Jun) earnings today. Also, the company’s board of directors (BOD) has declared an interim dividend to the shareholders.

If the interim dividend is declared to pay equity shareholders who appear on the register of members or in depositories’ records as beneficial owners of the shares on July 16, 2022, the record date was fixed for the purpose.
