Mahindra Groupโs subsidiary, Tech Mahindra has received a contract worth Rs 400 crore from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) to support ‘Project Parivartan’.
The company in a press release said that it would be responsible for the transformation and modernisation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as implementing and supporting partner to enable HALโs streamline and standardise business processes across the organisation.
The service provider will implement โProject Parivartanโ over nine years and transform distributed application for all the 20 divisions to a centralised application. The research and development (R&D) centres of HAL will be based on a business transformation engineering process. It also includes centralised ERP Turnkey Solution for meeting business requirements of the company with implementation of SRM, CRM along with select non-ERP applications.
R Madhavan, CMD, HAL said that โProject Parivartan’ is a comprehensive business transformation exercise initiated by the company through technological enhancement and centralized ERP system.
