Messaging app Telegram has launched Telegram Premium, a monthly subscription service that gives paying users access to exclusive features.
The subscription plan is priced at $4.99 or Rs 389 per month. Some of the features the team highlighted in the blog post are the ability to upload 4GB files compared to the 2GB limit for free users.
Premium users can also download media at the fastest speeds.
