Thermax Ltd, the engineering solutions provider said that it has got an order worth Rs 353 crore from Rashtriya Chemical and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) for executing an energy efficient improvement project.
It said in a BSE filing that the company will commission a 50 mw gas based co-generation plant at RCF’s facility in Thal, Maharashtra for captive power.
It further said that it will also be installing waste heat recovery boilers downstream of the turbines for providing required stream for process.
