Welspun Enterprise Ltd has said that its Board of Directors will be meeting later this week for considering the buyback of equity shares.
Welspun Enterprises Ltd has said in a BSE filing that “A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on December 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider the option to buyback the equity shares of the company.”
