Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services expects revenue to grow more than 37% this year, even as hospital pricing reform talks continue.

Whole Time Director Yatharth Tyagi said the Noida based hospital chain grew 37% last year and expects to beat that pace in FY27.

He said the company remains confident about its growth plans, but stressed that any pricing reforms should only roll out after proper conversation with hospital operators.

Talk of regulating room tariffs and procedure pricing is not new, Tyagi said, noting these discussions have gone on for years.

He said such proposals should not worry private hospitals as long as they are brought in with the right intent and after industry consultation. At the same time, he flagged a real risk.

Cutting prices sharply without adjusting the rest of the healthcare system could hurt the quality of care, he said, since lower tariffs would eventually squeeze doctors’ payouts, procurement budgets, diagnostics and even how much private insurers pay out.

He added that Yatharth might feel less of an impact than some rivals, since its pricing already runs 10 to 15% below several larger listed hospital chains. The commentary comes right after a strong June quarter.

Yatharth’s consolidated revenue rose 51% year on year to β‚Ή392.7 crore, its highest ever for a single quarter, and grew 15% from the previous quarter as well.

EBITDA climbed 39% to β‚Ή91.7 crore, while profit after tax rose 8% to β‚Ή45.4 crore. Newer hospitals, including ones in Greater Faridabad, New Delhi’s Model Town and Agra, brought in β‚Ή106.7 crore, or 27% of total group revenue.

The board also approved the company’s first ever interim dividend, set at 5% of face value, along with a fresh employee stock option scheme meant to help retain talent as the hospital network keeps expanding.
