Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd skyrocketed 9.2% to an intraday high of Rs 355 on 8 May after the company announced signing an agreement with Grant Thornton Bharat LLP (Grant Thornton).

The company has signed an agreement with Grant Thornton Bharat LLP (Grant Thornton). The deal will be executed in three years. The filing added, “This is to inform you that Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle), has entered into an agreement with Grant Thornton Bharat LLP (Grant Thornton).” 

Grant Thornton will provide the Zaggle Spend Management software to its corporate clients and major organisations.

Zaggle, founded in 2011, is a uniquely positioned operator in the FinTech market, providing a diverse range of products and services. The company is a recognised leader in spend management, having issued over 50 million prepaid cards in cooperation with top banks and serving over 3 million customers.

Zaggle’s portfolio includes a variety of SaaS-based products, such as software for cost management, payments, and rewards, which are intended to cover a wide range of company and user touchpoints.

At 2:12 pm, the shares of Zaggle Prepaid were trading 6.34% higher at Rs 345.50 on NSE.Β
