Zee Media has cancelled its board meeting for results scheduled on 20 October 2022. On 20 October 2022, the meeting of the board of directors scheduled for approval and take on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter of FY23 duly reviewed (limited review) by the company’s statutory auditors. The board meeting stands cancelled, and the revised date of the board meeting will be informed to the stock exchange in due course.

Zee Media Corporation reported a net profit on a consolidated basis of Rs 8.19 crore in the first quarter of FY22 compared with a net loss of Rs 9.06 crore in FY21. Net sales rose 21.61 per cent to Rs 206.96 crore in the first quarter of FY23 over the first quarter of FY22. On 14 October 2022, the shares of Zee Media Corporation rose 0.94 per cent to Rs 14.03.
