Unacademy has purchased Swiflearn for an undisclosed amount. With this acquisition, Unacademy is thinking to build its position in the K-12 sector and enhancing its product offerings in the space, a company statement said. Founded by Abhinav Agarwal and Anand Bakode in 2019, Swiflearn is an online platform for educational courses which allows personalised home tuition to students of class1-10 in CBSE and ICSE boards. The firm offers online tuition classes for English, Mathematics and Science and other necessary learnings like mental ability, life skills and Vedic maths.

“Swiflearn has created a personalised and expandable learning product that will bring change in students learning process. Abhinav, Anand and their team have developed an amazing product that is observing huge grip. We have a common vision to offer quality education open and affordable for children of all age groups, and we are happy to have Swiftlearn as a part of the Unacademy Group,” Gaurav Munjal, CEO and Co-founder of Unacademy, stated.
