Phoenix Mills Ltd has added 10.3 per cent over October compared to a 4.13 per cent gain in the S&P BSE Realty Index index and a 5.71 per cent rise in the SENSEX.

On Wednesday, Phoenix Mills Ltd rose 2.6 per cent to trade at Rs 1590.05. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 0.96 per cent. The index is up 4.13  per cent over October. Prestige Estates Projects Ltd increased by 1.93 per cent, and Brigade Enterprises Ltd added 0.97 per cent today. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 18.61  per cent in 2021 compared to the 1.44 per cent surge in benchmark SENSEX.

On 09 November 2022, the stock hit a record high of Rs 1620, whereas on 08 March 2022, the stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 884.3.
