China Launches Satellite to Test Space Debris Mitigation Technology

China successfully launched a satellite on Sunday to examine and check space debris mitigation technologies. It was found from the Xichang Satellite Launch Centre in Southwest China’s Sichuan Province.

The satellite, which was named Shijian-21, was launched by a Long March-3B carrier spacecraft, and it joined the selected orbit. The satellite will be utilised to test and verify space debris mitigation technologies, media reported.
