On 15 November 2022, Godrej Properties Ltd announced about achieved sales worth Rs 500 crore through a new project named Godrej Woodsville in Hinjewadi, Pune.

In September 2022, the company sold more than 675 homes accounting for an area of over 6.90 lakh square feet for the project.

This project is residential and is located at Hinjewadi and is close to the Mula Mutha River. This will help to provide easy connectivity to the IT and lifestyle hubs in Hinjewadi, along with access to hospitals, schools, restaurants, malls and premium hotels.

In the afternoon trade, Godrej Properties Ltd is traded at Rs1,308.90 per share up by Rs 2.05 or 0.16 per cent on the BSE.
