Shares of Netweb Technologies India Ltd rallied 10% to hit a day’s high of Rs 2,517 on 3rd September, after the company announced it had secured an order worth Rs 1,734 crore to supply servers based on Nvidia’s Blackwell architecture.

Netweb Tech said it secured the order from a leading Indian-headquartered global technology distribution and supply chain solutions provider. As part of the deal, the company will set up an AI infrastructure facility using the latest GPU-accelerated platforms. The project is scheduled for completion by the first half of FY27.

Analysts believe this order could drive strong growth in both the current and next fiscal year. The order size is estimated to be about 102% of their sales forecast for the current year and 72% for the next year. Netweb Tech’s order book stood at Rs 4,142 crore as of 30th June, 2025.

The company said its AI segment, which accounted for 7% of revenue two years ago, rose to 29% in Q1 FY26 and is expected to continue growing at a 40% CAGR. Around 20-22% of its business is projected to come from AI. Currently, 50% of its business comes from the Centre and the rest from high-end enterprises.

Netweb Tech also maintained its margin guidance, with EBITDA at 14% and PAT between 10% and 10.5%. The order execution timeline remains between 8 and 12 weeks.

At 12:59 PM, the shares of Netweb Technologies were trading 10.01% higher at Rs 2,493.40 on NSE.
