The GIFT Nifty futures, which is an early indicator of the Nifty50 index stocks, was trading higher by 77 points at 25,181, indicating that the domestic benchmark indices are likely to make a positive start on Friday.
Earlier on Thursday, 11 September, the Domestic benchmark indices S&P BSE Sensex gained by 124 points or 0.15%, and settled at 81,548, while the Nifty50 traded 0.13% higher or 32 points, closing at 25,005.

JSW Energy: JSW Energy commissioned 317 MW of renewable energy capacity in August 2025, boosting its installed capacity to 13,097 MW. The new additions include 240 MW from hydro (Kutehr), 43 MW from wind, and 34 MW from solar. Renewables now account for 57% of the companyβs portfolio, comprising 3,617 MW wind, 2,192 MW solar, and 1,631 MW hydro capacity.
IREDA: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) raised Rs 453 crore on Thursday by issuing perpetual bonds. The issue attracted strong investor demand, with bids totalling Rs 1,343 crore against a base size of Rs 100 crore and a green-shoe option of Rs 400 crore.
Lodha Developers: The Maharashtra government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lodha Developers to set up a Green Integrated Data Centre Park in Palava. With a proposed investment of Rs 30,000 crore, the project aims to make Maharashtra a hub for sustainable, large-scale data centre operations.
Insolation Energy: Insolation Energyβs wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., secured a solar module supply order worth Rs 143.20 crore from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Pvt. Ltd. The company will execute the contract in FY26.
Oil India: The Board of Directors of the company have approved forming a 50:50 joint venture with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (RRVUNL) to develop renewable energy projects. The board also cleared the transfer of Oil Indiaβs existing renewable energy assets to its subsidiary, OIL Green Energy Ltd.
Bharat Forge: The company has announced signing an MoU with UK-based Windracers to collaborate on deploying, localising, and applying the Windracers ULTRA Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) across India. Additionally, Abu Dhabiβbased MP3 International, a subsidiary of GRADEONE, signed an agreement with Kalyani Strategic Systems, Bharat Forgeβs wholly owned subsidiary, to supply artillery system spare parts to the UAE.
NBCC India: NBCC India signed an MoU with Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) to develop Rajasthan Mandapam and allied infrastructure projects near Jaipur International Airport. The project is valued at Rs 3,700 crore.
Consolidated Construction: Consolidated Construction Consortium bagged orders worth Rs 180 crore from various clients under its buildings and factories division between 12 July and 11 September. With these wins, the companyβs order backlog has climbed to Rs 652 crore.
JSW Infrastructure: Indiaβs second-largest private commercial port operator has announced that it has acquired a brownfield rail siding in Ballari, Karnataka, from Hothur Ispat for Rs 57 crore. The company plans to build rail-linked terminals and expand multimodal connectivity through container rail services across key industrial corridors.
